Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring a Shift Lead to manage daily operations in our local fulfillment center, overseeing warehouse and light kitchen duties. You will guide Operations Associates, maintain inventory, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment while upholding safety standards and a customer‑centric service mindset.

You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work a flexible schedule, and use Google Docs/Sheets for daily reporting. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. or more with or without accommodation.
• Experience in food, warehouse, or retail environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned shifts and supervise warehouse and kitchen processes, ensuring safety, quality, and training.
• Accurately fulfill customer orders and manage dasher pickups for smooth operations.
• Lead Operations Associates, ensuring safe, productive work and escalation handling.
• Collaborate across warehouse and kitchen tasks to maintain a positive, high‑quality customer experience.
