• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops; provides change as requested.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Coaches team on customer service best practices to deliver Walgreens service traits.
• Holds store keys, assists with vendor deliveries, and reviews order exceptions.
• Manages pricing tasks and signage; ensures compliance with local regulations.
• Assists with bookkeeping, cash counts, ledgers, and bill payments as needed.
• Maintains store conditions and performs maintenance requests when needed.
• Supports inventory management and stock rotation; assists with backroom processes.
