Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Chico, CA is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to support the management team during peak periods and cover shifts. You will lead and coach team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and oversee front-of-house and heart-of-house operations, including opening/closing paperwork and daily logs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure 100% table visits and guest issue resolution during shifts.
• Lead and coach Team Members; monitor labor and performance.
• Open/close the restaurant and complete required paperwork.
• Run mid-shift, perform shift changes, and break down cash drawers.
• Perform safe audits, inspect credit cards, and complete CVDs.
• Supervise daily operations and maintain food quality and safety.
• Address guest complaints and coordinate front and back-of-house tasks.
