Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in Phoenix to drive daily operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and partner with the GM to implement business initiatives.

This role requires ownership mindset, strong communication, and a passion for fast-paced hospitality. You’ll ensure food safety and order accuracy, manage cash and labor, and provide timely feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and set the standard for guest satisfaction.
• Coach and guide Team Members to ensure shift excellence.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Assist GM with hiring, training, and performance feedback.
• Manage cash handling, labor, and inventory following policies.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards on site.
