Responsibilities include maintaining food safety and quality, handling cash, and supporting daily operations while promoting the brand's culture and values. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain a clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with training and coaching Team Members.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Support cash control and labor management as part of P&L.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
