Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute the MIC routine to prioritize guest needs.
• Oversee Team Members' tasks and ensure neat appearance and conduct.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly to maintain satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to the GM on performance and training needs.
• Assist with labor management and inventory control.
