Job summary

Dairy Queen in Arizona is seeking an experienced shift leader to support the GM and assistant managers, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure quality, service and atmosphere meet Fan expectations.

You will train and coach crew, manage scheduling, control inventory and COGS, uphold food safety practices, and drive store results while maintaining a positive, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience, required.
• Previous quick service restaurant experience strongly preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Train and coach shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems and routines.
• Assist GM with business planning, inventory, and labor scheduling.
• EnsureFan service standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
