Job summary

Dairy Queen in Sun City, AZ is seeking an experienced shift leader to run a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

You will assist the General Manager and Assistant Managers, oversee operations, training, scheduling, inventory, and safety, and strive to exceed quality and service standards while maintaining profitability and a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Train and coach shift leads and crew on routines and systems.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, cash controls and pricing integrity.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Ensure fan service standards and handle customer concerns.
