• Ability to lead and coach a team in a fast-paced kitchen and dining area.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and teams to ensure fan-first service.
• oversee inventory, cash controls, and daily P&L considerations.
• assist GM with hiring, training, and coaching Shift Leads and Crew Members.
• maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
• participate in local store marketing initiatives and community relations.
