Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to join our Avon, OH team. You will guide frontline teammates, oversee opening/closing shifts, manage inventory, and uphold food safety standards while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure orders are executed with consistency and quality. This role offers competitive hourly pay and tips, with opportunities to grow within the restaurant group.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and train team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor labor metrics and sales to meet schedule targets.
• Complete cleaning tasks thoroughly and ensure food safety.
• Work hands-on in all restaurant positions as needed.
• Collaborate to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain Six Service Standards and PLUS 1 where applicable.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and report to the General Manager.
• Oversee inventory, orders and temperature checks daily.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun work environment.
• Communicate essential information to management.
• Escalate team member concerns as needed.
