Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to join our restaurant team. You will supervise and train staff across shifts, ensure food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction while maintaining inventory and sanitation standards.

You’ll open and close the restaurant, oversee cash handling, and support the General Manager with daily operations. This role requires energy, teamwork, and a commitment to excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.

• Provide exceptional guest experience and handle guest issues promptly.
• Perform opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory tasks.
