Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC seeks a Shift Leader to support restaurant teams in providing exceptional service, safe food, and a welcoming environment. You will oversee opening and closing, manage labor, ensure inventory and food quality, and coach team members to perform at peak.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a positive, growth‑minded attitude. You must be able to stand long hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and maintain high standards aligned with our Six Service Standards

Responsibilities

• Leading, monitoring, coaching and training team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adheres to scheduled and projected labor metrics while monitoring sales throughout the shift.
• Ensures all assigned cleaning duties and tasks are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Proficient in all restaurant positions and work hands-on with team members in each of these areas.
• Works as part of a team to provide an exceptional Guest experience to our patrons.
