Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC seeks a Shift Leader to join our Indianapolis-area team. You will lead a variety of restaurant positions, oversee opening/closing, manage inventory, and ensure food quality and sanitation standards are met.

This role requires hands-on leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences across shifts. You will mentor staff, monitor labor metrics, and maintain a clean, safe, and fun work environment while communicating effectively with management and guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.

• Provide an exceptional guest experience and resolve issues as needed.
• Follow Six Service Standards and PLUS 1 for guest satisfaction.
