Responsibilities

• Be the decision-maker on shift from open to close.
• Guide, motivate, and support your team through rushes.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily operations accurately.
• Deliver standout guest service and resolve issues on the spot.
• Lead pre-shift huddles and maintain clear communication.
• Train and support new team members.
• Maintain store standards when the SM or AM is out.
• Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when needed.
