Job summary

Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking a Shift Lead to step up as the scoop squad leader and ensure every shift runs smoothly with excellent guest service.

You’ll be the on-shift decision-maker, guide and motivate your team, handle cash and daily operations, and run pre-shift huddles to maintain clear communication. Leadership training and flexible schedules are offered in a values-driven, fun workplace.

Responsibilities

• Be the decision-maker on shift -- own it from open to close.

• Run pre-shift huddles and keep communication clear.
• Train and support new team members.
• Hold the shop to its standards when the SM or AM is out.
• Keep shifts running smoothly and step up when it counts.
