Job summary

Schlotzsky’s in Bee Cave, TX is seeking a Team Leader to support the management team in shift operations, guest service, and achieving financial targets. You will oversee prep, meat/cheese/finish, pizza, soup and salad, bakery, drink, dining room, and restrooms while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will lead crew through multiple kitchen stations, coach staff, and ensure consistency with recipes and tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-food or retail leadership preferred.
• Ability to lead a team across multiple kitchen stations.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.
• Willingness to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prep stations and ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
• Ensure accurate order preparation by reading tickets and following recipes.
• Maintain speed of service and cleanliness across all stations.
• Lead guest service operations and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with management on shift goals and performance.
