Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a part-time Shift Leader in Conshohocken, PA to manage day or night shift operations, lead staff, and ensure quality service. You will handle cash, train team, and uphold standards while promoting a fun team environment.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer-service experience, POS familiarity, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. 18+ and authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer-service experience.
• Experience with Point of Sale systems.
• Excellent communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor.
• Detail‑focused and results‑oriented.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and quality products to all guests.
• Support store leadership, maintain operations, communicate information, monitor production efficiency, hold team accountable to standards, assist training and coaching.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
• Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
• Manage cash handling and deposits.
