Job summary
Insomnia Cookies in Exton, PA is seeking a Shift Leader to captain our bakery operations during day or night. You will deliver outstanding customer service, manage the shift, and lead the Cookie Crew to bake, serve, and maintain safety and quality.
You will train teammates, supervise cash handling, and ensure efficient, friendly service in a fast-paced environment. This part-time role offers growth opportunities and benefits, including vacation and sick time, and free cookies with every shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
- Experience with POS systems.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Outgoing, friendly, patient.
- Detail oriented with results
- Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- U.S. work authorization and age 18+.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and quality products to guests during their bakery experience.
- Support store leadership by maintaining operations, communicating information, monitoring efficiency, and coaching team members.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew.
- Support and work with the Cookie Crew.
- Ensure a safe, clean working environment and proper food handling.
- Manage cash handling and deposits.
