Insomnia Cookies in Phoenixville is seeking a Shift Leader to captain the bakery day or night. You will lead the Cookie Crew, bake and package orders, and ensure an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.

This role offers up to $16 per hour, flexible part-time schedules, paid time off, early wage access, employee discounts, and mentorship in a fun, fast-paced environment. Eligible candidates should be 18+ and able to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in a customer service focused role.
• Point of Sale systems experience.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, patient.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery operations during your shift, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish.
• Bake, package, and prepare orders while providing exceptional guest service.
• Coach and motivate Cookie Crew members.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks to keep operations running efficiently.
• Help maintain standards for product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and speed of service.
• Handle cash management, register accountability, and deposits.
• Communicate important updates with store leadership.
