Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is seeking a motivated Shift Lead to manage daily operations in a fast-paced local fulfillment center in Charlotte. You will oversee warehouse and light kitchen tasks, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency on your shift.

You will lead a team, delegate tasks, and collaborate across teams to deliver a high-quality experience for customers while maintaining inventory and assets. Training for food handling is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in food/bev, warehouse, or retail preferred.
• Able to operate pallet jack and hand truck.
• Food handling certificate (training provided by DoorDash).

Responsibilities

• Own shift responsibilities for warehouse and kitchen processes, safety, and quality.
• Delegate tasks and supervise Operations Associates during the shift.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and customer pickups run smoothly.
• Maintain inventory and protect company assets; lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
