Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, management and leadership abilities.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to move up to 45 lbs and maintain physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on performance and training team members.
• Assist with labor management and cash control procedures.
