Job summary

Taco Bell in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Shift Lead to drive team performance and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members, and partner with the GM to support daily operations and store initiatives.

You will oversee quality, safety, and service standards, provide feedback, and help manage labor and inventory while promoting Taco Bell's culture and values. This role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean, neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team member performance.
• Train Team Members and participate in conflict resolution with the GM.
• Assist the GM in screening candidates and managing labor and inventory.
