Taco Bell in Greenville, SC is seeking a Shift Lead to drive the team during busy shifts. You will coach Team Members, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety and quality standards.

As a key member of the management team, you’ll handle cash control, assist with scheduling, train staff, resolve guest concerns, and help manage labor and inventory to support store performance. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience with 3 months shift lead preferred
• Must be 18+ years old
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Cash handling and basic math skills
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Punctuality and reliable attendance
