RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-centric team on every shift. You’ll coach, motivate, and supervise food service, stocking, cleaning, and cash handling to deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail/food service
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Comfort in fast-paced environments
• Ability to coach others to do the same
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Responsibilities

• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary
• Train and guide your team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards
• Ensure proper execution of inventory, vendor check-in, and promotional communication
• Oversee key store processes including write-offs, cash wrap, and compliance documentation
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day
