RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest service. You will coach team members, manage daily store operations, and ensure safety, inventory control, and proper cash handling.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift and set a positive tone.
• Coach team members in real time and provide guidance.
• Oversee store operations, including cash handling and inventory.
• Train and develop team members to meet service and safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and compliance with policies.
• Communicate updates from leadership to shift associates and monitor task completion.
