Jersey Mike’s in Fitchburg, WI is seeking a Shift Lead who will guide crew, support daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction. This role acts as the leader on duty and works closely with management to maintain quality, service, and efficiency.

You will coach team members, enforce food safety standards, assist with opening and closing procedures, handle cash, and help manage peak periods while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area and delivering consistent service to guests.
