Job summary

Applegreen USA is hiring a full-time Shift Lead for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The role supports the GM and AGM, oversees a shift of crew, and ensures efficient operation and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include inventory, speed-of-service adherence, and coaching team members, with opportunities to perform Crew Member duties as needed. Must have a high school diploma and prior supervisory experience; flexible hours required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
