Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Lead (Full-Time) for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The role supports the GM and AGM, overseeing a crew during assigned shifts to meet performance goals and uphold brand standards.

You will coach Team Members, ensure fast, friendly service, and manage operations to deliver quality guest experiences while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Previous supervisory experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven supervisory experience in a hospitality/food-service setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work across all shifts and in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lb and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members.
• Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
