Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a full-time Shift Lead for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The Shift Lead supports the Restaurant General Manager (GM) and Assistant Manager (AGM) in operating the restaurant during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operation, quality service, and brand standards.

Responsibilities include directing crew, managing inventory, maintaining speed of service, coaching team members, and delivering friendly, accurate service in a clean environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience supervising a restaurant shift.
• Experience providing outstanding customer service.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team's capabilities.
