Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety. You will coach in the moment, resolve issues quickly, and model BK standards to drive guest satisfaction.

Under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager, you’ll own shift execution, communicate clearly, and help the team stay motivated and accountable, with opportunities for growth into higher leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew with feedback and development opportunities during shifts.
• Lead shift operations by following the shift plan, BK standards, and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, helping manage inventory, and receiving truck orders.
