Burger King® is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. You will coach in the moment and help drive a smooth operation under the supervision of the RGM and AM.

You’ll guide shift execution, uphold BK® standards, and contribute to profitability through cash controls, inventory management, and ordering.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by providing feedback and developing talent.
• Lead shift operations by executing the plan, upholding BK standards, directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures, managing inventory, and receiving truck orders.
