Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards are met. You will coach in the moment, solve problems quickly, and keep the team focused and accountable during busy periods.

You’ll work under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager to own shift execution, communicate effectively, and drive results—all while maintaining BK standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• 18 years of age or older.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to great guest experiences and BK standards.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Coach and motivate the crew by providing feedback and encouraging development.
• Lead shift operations by executing the shift plan and directing workflow.
• Support profitability by following cash control procedures and assisting with inventory and truck orders.
