You will work under the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager to execute the shift plan, coach the crew, communicate effectively, and uphold BK standards while developing leadership skills for future growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• A people-first attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to BK standards and learning new responsibilities.

Responsibilities
