Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead team members on assigned shifts, ensure fast, friendly service, maintain cleanliness and safety, and model BK standards. You’ll coach the crew, manage shift execution, and contribute to profitable operations under the guidance of the RM/AM.

Responsibilities include guiding guest experiences, maintaining quality, and supporting inventory and cash controls.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Team Members during assigned shifts to ensure food quality, service speed, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Coach and motivate crew; provide feedback and develop staff during shifts.
