Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in New Jersey. You will drive shift success by coaching team members, ensuring food safety and high-quality service, and resolving customer concerns. You’ll partner with the GM on training, performance feedback, and store initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, leadership, and contributing to overall restaurant performance while maintaining Taco Bell’s values and guest satisfaction.

Formación

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Coach and guide team members to ensure shift success.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Provide regular feedback to GM on team performance and conduct training.
• Assist GM with screening candidates and labor/inventory management.
• Oversee cash handling, P&L procedures, and security practices.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and health/safety standards.
