Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Leader in New Jersey for a full-time hourly position. The role supports management with routine administrative and operational tasks, aiming to drive customer service excellence and maintain company standards in product and facility specifications.

Responsibilities include coaching crew, monitoring food safety, inventory, and daily operations, as well as cash procedures and opening/closing duties when management is unavailable.
