Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in New Jersey to guide daily restaurant operations, coach Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly service. You’ll drive the MIC routine, uphold food safety, and partner with the GM to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates have restaurant/retail experience, some shift lead exposure, strong communication, and reliable attendance. This role offers flexible schedules and the chance to grow within a busy, community-focused brand.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical dexterity to lift up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and Punctuality a must

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist training of Team Members.
• Support P&L management through cash controls and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Assist with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
