Job summary

Taco Bell in Manasquan, NJ is seeking a Shift Lead to energize the team, drive results, and uphold our high standards. You’ll take charge during shifts, coach Team Members, and partner with the GM to shape restaurant initiatives that improve service and efficiency.

In this fast-paced role you’ll ensure food safety and quality, resolve customer concerns, and provide feedback to the GM. You’ll assist with cash control, inventory, scheduling, and screening candidates while keeping the restaurant

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine and meeting customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
