Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead in the New York area to energize the team, coach crew members, and uphold Taco Bell's standards. You will take charge during shifts, resolve customer concerns, and partner with the GM on store initiatives.

In this fast-paced role, you will supervise daily tasks, ensure food safety and order accuracy, and provide feedback to the GM. Flexible schedules and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to coach and guide team members.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with training Team Members and handling conflicts.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times; ensure health standards.
