Taco Bell Walpole is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations and energize the team. You will lead shifts, coach teammates, and partner with management to meet brand standards and execute initiatives.

You’ll resolve customer concerns and ensure guests leave satisfied as you guide the team to success in a fast-paced setting. The role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and hands-on leadership to promote Taco Bell's culture while supporting profitability and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Able to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members’ Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accurate orders.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist GM with team scheduling and candidate screening.
