Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Coach and guide team members to achieve success.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and MIC Success Routine.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on performance and training.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
• Manage Profit & Loss by following cash control, inventory, and labor procedures.
• Ensure proper product preparation, rotation, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
