The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with prior supervisory experience. This position is non-exempt and requires flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
• Ability to lift 25-50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members.
