Job summary

Taco Bell in Germantown, OH is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations with energy and a customer-first mindset. You will coach Team Members, execute the MIC Success Routine, and partner with the GM to meet restaurant standards.

You’ll manage cash, inventory, and labor, resolve guest concerns, and promote Taco Bell culture. Candidates should have at least 1 year in food service with 3 months lead experience, strong communication, and reliability. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by executing MIC Success Routine.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management and inventory control.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates.
