Job summary

Taco Bell in Indiana is seeking a Shift Lead to drive shifts with energy, coach Team Members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will partner with the GM on business initiatives, monitor food safety and quality, and resolve customer concerns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading the MIC routine, overseeing team tasks, and contributing to loss prevention and labor management. Competitive pay with flexible schedules and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy and passion to meet high standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members to success and provide feedback to the GM.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive guest relations.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management and labor control.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety compliance.
