Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication, management and organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Cash handling, basic math and cash register duties.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine to drive customer satisfaction.
• Oversee Team Members completing Shift Excellence tasks.
• Maintain clean, neat appearances and food prep areas.
• Ensure food safety, quality and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on performance.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Support Profit & Loss by cash control, inventory and labor.
• Oversee facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
