Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and coach team members to meet Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and maintaining service quality.
• Oversee food safety, order accuracy, and product preparation.
• Assist with inventory, labor management, and cash handling procedures.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance and training Team Members.
• Support with recruitment and training of new staff.
