Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience; quick service preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices.
• Must be ServSafe certified.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere and inventory control.
• Train and coach shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, safety practices, and routines.
• Assist GM with business planning, labor scheduling, and cost control to optimize P&L and peak demand periods.
• Ensure Fan service standards are met and handle customer concerns promptly to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead team development, scheduling, feedback, and performance reviews to build a skilled, productive workforce.
• Support Health and Safety standards, sanitation, and emergency readiness.
