Chick-fil-A in Concord, NC is seeking an Experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily shift execution and guide team members to strong results. You’ll run the shift, assign tasks, monitor throughput, and uphold food safety and hospitality standards across Front and Back of House.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily shift execution from start to finish.
• Assigning team members to positions based on strengths and needs.
• Managing break rotations efficiently.
• Handling cash management and ensuring accurate drawer counts.
• Monitoring speed of service and operational flow.
• Troubleshooting issues in real time.
• Supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Communicating clearly with Team Members and Leadership.
