Job summary

Chick-fil-A | Greendale is seeking a Team Leader to support shift management and ensure an outstanding guest experience. You will supervise stations, open or close with guidance, and uphold opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities include ensuring recipe accuracy, proper weights, maintaining speed of service, cleanliness, and adherence to cash handling policies. You will address guest issues with management and mentor team members.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-food or quick-service environment preferred.
• Ability to read tickets and follow recipes precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in weights and measures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned stations for a shift and assist management with shift tasks.
• Ensure team follows recipes and reads tickets to prepare orders accurately.
• Maintain pace to meet established speed of service guidelines.
• Keep workstations clean and organized at all times.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed by cashiers.
• Monitor dining room, restrooms, parking lot, and overall facility cleanliness.
• Address guest issues by consulting with management as needed.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members while maintaining respectful relations.
• Communicate performance and policy violations to management for proper handling.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
