Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with energy to meet standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members toward success.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide feedback to GM on performance.
• Assist with screening Team Member candidates.
• Help manage labor, cash control, and inventory.
• Oversee product preparation and holding times.
• Support health and safety standards at all times.
• Participate in training and conflict resolution.
